RETURN POLICY

At Mr.B Signs, we strive to provide high-quality signage and graphic design products tailored to meet your business needs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:

1. Custom Products

Due to the personalized nature of custom signs and graphic designs, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun. This includes:

  • Custom-designed signage
  • Prefabricated signs with customized text, graphics, or logos
  • 3D-rendered or graphic design services

Exceptions may apply in cases of:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or contains production errors, please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue. We will remake or repair the item at no additional cost.
  • Incorrect Orders: If the product received does not match the order placed, we will offer a replacement or issue a full refund

2. Coverage for Hard Wired & Installed Signs

  • Mr.B Signs bears no responsibility for any costs incurred when installing and/or uninstalling your sign. If, in the unlikely event that your sign is experiencing a presumed fault, we will request photos and videos for diagnostic purposes and may require the sign to be sent back to us for replacement or repair. If you have chosen to have your sign installed and/or hardwired, Mr.B Signs takes no responsibility for any costs incurred due to uninstalling and/or re-installing your sign. If an electrician has hardwired in your sign, it is at our sole discretion to decide if the occurring fault it will be covered.

3. Non-Custom Products

For non-custom, prefabricated signs or stock items:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in original condition and unused.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at [your contact email or phone] with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Provide photos of any defective or damaged products (if applicable).
  3. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item if applicable.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect product).
  • For exchanges, shipping fees may apply.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders for custom products can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, production may have started, and we will be unable to cancel or refund your order.
